"Order didn’t arrive, no communication from customer service"
Ordered from House of Sunny 3 weeks ago and heard nothing back. Emailed customer service 2 weeks ago and heard nothing back either. For such an expensive, well known brand this customer service will be its downfall. They are constantly advertising their products on Instagram and encouraging people to buy more, but clearly cannot keep up with the demand. I have no faith I will ever receive my item or get help from them.

"Terrible Customer Service"
I ordered an item in early October, and reached out immediately as soon as I realized it did not arrive (10/10/22). The communication with House of Sunny had been terrible. I have emailed non-stop and even messaged them on WhatsApp. I was told that I would receive a replacement (11/29/22). Due to the terrible service (no-communication, lack of response) I no longer wanted to support this company. I asked for a refund and they gave me the back forth, that the investigation is still open (12/3/22). It has now been two months and I paid for an item that I did not receive. I cannot get a response from anyone in the company and I reached out again 12/6/22 and 12/9/22. I think its ridiculous that a company at a high price point cannot have an efficient customer service team. Although I understand, holiday season means peak reach outs, it has been two months. I have been more than patient for a solution. I shouldn't have to chase a company to complete their order, when they failed to complete it on their part.

"SCAMMERS"
Sent two jackets back in the same package and they only refunded me for one so I'm down £210. Customer support is non-existent they don't respond to emails and there's no number to call. First contacted WEEKS ago and nothing, been trying to contact via instagram but it's a different team who can't help.

I'm having to raise this now with Clearpay as essentially it's theft to receive an item and not refund it. No one is willing to help, it's beyond a joke and I can say hands down the worst experience I've ever had with a brand.

It's a shame as I have loads of HoS things but wont buy here and I can't recommend this.

"I preordered in Jan....never was sent a…"
I preordered in Jan....never was sent a confirmation with an order number only evidence I had of purchase was stuff from credit card statement. Had to tell them said details and they did find order although only confirmed by whats app and then advice on when order would arrive varied from week to week for 6 weeks ...eventually it did turn up and I do love it but would never shop there again on principle .

"Customer service needs to be improved"
Customer service needs to be improved. No updates on orders and no one answers the what’s app or the customer service email. I am still waiting on an answer for my order and I’ve reached out multiple times on several different platforms. I am giving HOS a 1 star because people are purchasing with their hard earned money and I don’t like when companies don’t respond to their customers it’s like they are taking advantage.

"Customer care is awful! Lost 200€ still don’t have my item"
Ordered an item on pre-order, their website claims that they take care of customs and tax fees when shipping to the EU. The item arrived almost a month too late, and I was contacted by customs saying I had to pay an additional 50€ in taxes and customs. At first HoS customer care was super helpful, saying that they would take care of the costs and the item will arrive ASAP. Now, 2 weeks later I have 0 information, the item is missing and they aren’t answering emails, DMs or messages. No apologies have been made on their behalf. Looks like I just lost almost 200€ on absolutely nothing. Don’t order anything from them!!

"Impossible to return"
I’m trying to return an order however the sticker I’ve been sent is faulty. There is no number to call, only a WhatsApp that isn’t monitored. There are no details for returns anywhere online either. This has been an incredibly frustrating experience with terrible customer experience - I wouldn’t waste your time.

"I love being able to express who I am…"
I love being able to express who I am in what I wear and when I saw the Peggi cardigan I knew I had to have it. She’s a cutie and shoutout to the customer service person who put up with my whiney emails too. I would definitely buy something again.

"My order keeps getting delayed"
I ordered a jacket April 1’st with the message, that the jacket would be dispatched April 5th. I then didn’t hear anything from House of sunny, that my order had shipped, checked the website which now said ‘dispatched april’ without them reaching out. I then contacted customer service myself with the message, that it is delayed, but will be Fast tracked for shipping April 8th. We now have April 12th and with no further message from House of sunny I ounce again reached out. The outcome now is that I will receive tracking for my package during this week.

I find it very dissatisfying, that House of sunny have not done anything to help or reach out themselves during this process. This is not okay

"I had an amazing shopping experience…"
I had an amazing shopping experience with the House of Sunny Team in the London Store. We were greeted at the door by the friendly staff and the store was so tidy and well presented. The staff organised the changing rooms for us, getting the items we wanted to try on in our size. The team really made our shopping experience, as they really welcomed us and assisted us with all of our pieces. Our items were brought to the till and wrapped for us so we were ready to purchase. Absolutely amazing service and so pleased with my purchases! Next time I am in London I will defiantly been returning.

"Great quality and unique designs"
Ordered a dress about a year ago and honestly couldn’t be happier with it! The material has kept its shape, stitching and softness so well. Couldn’t recommend more, great designs and quality for such an affordable price.

"Messed up my order, refused refund"
I had a very helpful customer service yesterday, I ordered a coat in the time frame for express next day delivery as I am going away, after about 2 hours they are a "processing it" I requested a refund and was refused one as it's now been processed. Not happy

"Obsessed 🤩"
I recommend house of sunny, the design are great, and really comfy! I felt in love last summer with the Good vibes dress which is my absolute crush and after that I have to admit that I’ve buy so many things 3 cardigans, the amazing green paradise pants and now waiting for the blue moon dress and a cardi on pre order! Yes I’m obsessed 🤩 !! Love it ❤️

"Amazingly fast shipping"
Amazingly fast shipping! I ordered a blue dress right around the holidays, expecting it not to come for a while. It came to the east coast USA in a matter of days, much faster than the clothes I buy domestically. And of course, my dress was gorgeous. I’m always waiting to see what this brand will drop next :(
