"Cute clothes, but the stock situation needs work"
I genuinely like House of Sunny and a lot of their pieces are so cute, but the stock can be really frustrating. More than once I’ve found something I loved, only to see my size was already sold out, which is disappointing when you’re ready to buy.
Restocks do happen here and there, but it’s not very clear when or what’s coming back. I don’t expect everything to be available all the time, but I do think they should be a bit more accountable with updates and communication so customers aren’t just stuck checking over and over.

"Cute styles that feel worth it"
I’d give House of Sunny 4 stars mainly because the designs are genuinely really nice. The pieces feel more interesting than a lot of usual high street clothing, and I think the colours and prints are done really well, fun and eye-catching without looking too over the top. Some items probably aren’t the most practical for everyday wear, so I wouldn’t call everything a wardrobe staple, but they do feel special. If I spotted another piece I loved, I’d definitely consider buying again.

i had to return a dress because it just didn’t fit me quite right. the whole return process was really straightforward, and the refund came through faster than i thought it would. no chasing anyone up or dealing with any hassle, which i really appreciated. i’d definitely order again.

"Really pleased with the quality"
I ordered a knit dress and, to be honest, I’m really impressed with it. The fabric feels substantial and good quality, but it’s still comfortable enough to wear without feeling too heavy. The stitching was neat as well, which I always appreciate. I’ve washed it once so far and it came out just fine, so overall I’m happy with the purchase

I ordered a dress and it showed up in about a week. Not super fast, but totally fine. The tracking worked okay, and the package arrived in good shape, so no issues there. I do wish the updates were a little clearer, because I kept checking and checking a bit. But overall, I’m happy with the delivery.

I ordered my usual size and it fit really nicely. The jeans sit about high enough to feel flattering but still comfy, and there wasn’t any weird gap at the waist...

"I’ll give credit where it’s due..."
I’ll give credit where it’s due: this was worth the price. I’m annoyed I wasted time listening to people complain about it, because for what I paid, it did exactly what I needed.
